At Rosewell we work with you to gain as much from the space in the loft as possible with hidden storage areas and compact bathrooms to maximise all available space. Natural light is an important factor in a loft conversion. This can be achieved with dormer windows or, where these are not permitted, the use of roof windows like Velux rooflights or Lamilux Rooflights, can bring the desired result.

Rosewell Construction is a second generation family run business. It was formed in 2014 by Stuart Hollins, who has over 25 years experience in the building trade. Rosewell Construction was born from Stuart's father's business, Rosewell Homes and the name Rosewell also has a family connection as it was Stuart's Grandfather's middle name, Arthur Rosewell Hollins. Rosewell Construction prides itself on workmanship to the highest standards, produced by a dedicated and passionate team.
